Records of the coordinator, mostly dating from the early 1970s, and created or compiled by Victor Greene. The collection documents the coordinator's activities in developing, funding, and managing the Ethnic Studies major, and in implementing the decisions of the Ethnic Studies Advisory Committee. The collection contains correspondence and minutes of the Ethnic Studies Advisory Committee and its predecessor, the Ethnic Studies Coordinating Committee. Other records include brochures of class offerings, newsletters, a file on the Ethnic Studies Task Force, and correspondence regarding ongoing curriculum and faculty development.
